Free U.S. Shipping

Free shipping applies to the original outbound shipment only.

Delivery

Returns

Free shipping on the original purchase does not include free return shipping.

15% Restocking Fee
Unless otherwise stated or prohibited by applicable law, approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the returned merchandise.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount otherwise eligible for refund.
Return shipping costs and any other non-refundable charges, where applicable, are separate from the 15% restocking fee.
Any exceptions applicable to merchandise that was incorrectly shipped, defective, or damaged due to circumstances attributable to Turkmen Rug House will be handled according to our applicable policies and applicable law.

Professional rug cleaning may be appropriate for certain handmade, wool, silk, antique, delicate, or specialty products.
